- The same functions seem to be available for both message types. This is good, because discussions help people more than questions. Questions, at least in such a context, were actually requests for information. When a service user requests information about a service, many service providers try to find out in turn what their customer wants to achieve by using the information and (a certain part of) their service. So let's agree on topics, goals, and plans instead of questioning one another!
